For us Onboarding already starts before the first working day of the employee. There is already information material shared upfront, to get a better impression of who we are and what we thrive for. At every beginning of the month we have Induction Days, where all new employees are invited. This is the perfect opportunity to not only connect with people from different departments, but also get a perfect first insight into our business. The highlight of the Induction Days is definitely the visit of our production site in Edelstal.
On the first day of the employee in his department, he is having a meeting with his Line Manager to discuss the Onboarding Plan for the following months. Within the first months the employee will learn from and with others, will have regular feedback sessions with the line manager and will therewith be fully ready to take over his role and start an exciting Coke-Journey.
