At Coca-Cola HBC Austria, we value variety - not just in our portfolio: We also focus on diversity and equal opportunities in our team. For us, this also includes the promotion of young women and managers.


To this end, we rely, among other things, on strong, internal measures to promote diversity in our company. Wherever women in management positions in other companies or industries are searched in vain, Coca-Cola HBC Austria already functions as prime example of female power on the management level:

Through our cooperation with the network female factor we want to set even stronger impulses in this area in 2020. The female factor is one of the fastest growing communities for the next generation of female leaders. The platform promotes the potential development of ambitious women through knowledge transfer, a network and an international mentoring program.
