The female factor is one of the fastest growing communities for the next generation of female leaders. The platform promotes the potential development of ambitious women through knowledge transfer, a network and an international mentoring program.
Co-founder Mahdis Gharaei can only underline the ambitious goal of Coca‑Cola HBC Austria, a 50 percent female quota for senior leader positions by 2025: "What connects 'the female factor' and Coca‑Cola HBC Austria is awareness, that female leadership qualities are just as crucial to the company's success as male ones.” In the course of the partnership, one wants to work together on this goal in the future.
