Female leaders on the rise

Frank O’Donnell, General Manager at Coca‑Cola HBC, is happy about the high proportion of women in his leading management team: “When it comes to issues such as the proportion of women or equal pay, other companies still think about how and if they can handle them. At Coca‑Cola HBC Austria, equal opportunities have been a reality for years. Our strong commitment to more women power within the company starts at supporting our junior employees and continues up to the management level where 7 out of 10 members are females. Furthermore, we keep implementing measures to make a better work-life balance for our team possible.”
