The application process, acceptance, and onboarding: it can all be quite confusing. So, here is an overview of what you can expect when you apply.

If you want to apply for a job at Coca‑Cola HBC Austria, a few tips from our experts might be useful. Bettina Augeneder, our Human Resources director, gives a short overview about our application process that might answer some of your questions.


For us, the onboarding process begins even before your first day of work. Informational material is shared with you in advance to provide a better picture of who we are and what our goals are. At the beginning of each month, we have Induction Days where all new team members are invited. This is not only the perfect opportunity to get in touch with colleagues from other departments, but also a way to get a first insight into our company. The highlight of the Induction Days is undoubtedly the tour of our production plant in Edelstal.

On your first day, you will meet your line manager to discuss your onboarding plan for the following months. Through regular feedback sessions, you will get the chance to settle into your position in the best possible way and start your exciting journey at Coca-Cola HBC. Of course, onboarding with us is also digitally supported.
