Since it is our employees who make our company so successful, we want to create a framework in which there is enough room for both their professional and private lives.
With our participation in the "berufundfamilie" audit, we want to identify potential for improvement and become an even more family-friendly employer. The measures that we implement under the "berufundfamilie" audit are diverse and are continuously expanded and adapted to the needs of our team. However, we are not only focusing on employees with children, but also want to offer all employee groups an appreciative and supportive environment. In particular, flexibility, health promotion, diverse career paths, benefits and an open-minded management culture are high priorities for us.
For me personally, the two months on paternity leave were the best of my life and I'm very happy that our company not only supports this opportunity, but actively promotes it.
