Creating a family-friendly working environment for our employees is very important to us as an employer. That is why we have a wide range of measures in place to constantly improve the compatibility of family and career.

With our participation in the "berufundfamilie" audit, we want to identify potential for improvement and become an even more family-friendly employer. The measures that we implement under the "berufundfamilie" audit are diverse and are continuously expanded and adapted to the needs of our team. However, we are not only focusing on employees with children, but also want to offer all employee groups an appreciative and supportive environment. In particular, flexibility, health promotion, diverse career paths, benefits and an open-minded management culture are high priorities for us.
