Depending on the position, different working time models apply. A flexitime model is offered to all office employees and, where the position permits, we allow up to 50% of the working time to be spent in the home office. In our production plant, different shift models are applied. In addition, there is also the possibility to take partial retirement, educational leave as well as sabbaticals.
