Throughout the 18-month program, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop a deep understanding of how we operate. Through three targeted assignments (4–6 months each) across various departments, you will gradually take on greater responsibility, work on strategically relevant topics, and gain valuable experience in different functions.

One of the program’s highlights is your Acting Leader Assignment. In this role, you will step into a leadership position yourself, gain hands-on leadership experience, and demonstrate your ability to successfully lead people and deliver results.

At the same time, you will lead a strategically important business project, which you will present to the Senior Leadership Team at the end of the program. Throughout your journey, experienced leaders will support your development through mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback.

In addition, you will benefit from a structured development program featuring training in areas such as Finance, Change Management, Project Leadership, and other essential business skills.

Regular check-ins, performance reviews, and participation in our internal leadership development program will help you build on your strengths and establish a strong network across the organization.
